Our pain management team strives to achieve excellence in every aspect of the pain relief process. Our team boasts a combined 42+ years of experience both indirectly and related to pain medicine. We carefully design our treatments around each patient’s individual needs, while inspiring hope and contributing to their overall health and well-being. We are committed to empowering our patients and their families with the education and training to best manage ongoing pain.
Priscilla J. Ross, MD
Dr. Priscilla J. Ross is a double board-certified physician licensed in the state of Georgia. She is board-certified in anesthesiology as well as interventional pain management through the American Board of Anesthesiology. By being a double board-certified physician, she can approach a problem or issue with two expert perspectives instead of just one. She has been in private practice since 2007 and has over 14 years of experience in Pain Medicine treating chronic conditions. Her focus is on the patient, with an emphasis on overall wellbeing and balance.
Wendy Register, NP-C
Starting her career as a Registered Nurse, Wendy always felt that she could help others. Wendy returned to college and graduated from South University in 2017 with a Master’s in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
She’s passionate about helping others, and pain management has offered her the ability to help those within our care.
Lillian Dixon, PA-C
Lilly Dixon is a Savannah, GA native. She was born and raised in Savannah and is happy to be back practicing in her hometown. She lives here with her husband and two boys. They enjoy spending time outside, on the water, and being active. She attended undergraduate school at the University of Georgia and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She graduated with her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2012 with honors. She has more than eight years of diverse experience treating orthopedic, neurological, and chronic pain conditions.
Cristen Ingham, PA-C
Cristen Ingham was born in Savannah, Georgia. She attended undergrad at Georgia Southern University where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. She obtained her physician assistant degree at South University in Savannah. She has worked in pain management for four years treating various chronic pain conditions. In her spare time, Cristen enjoys baking, spending time with family, and playing with her Great Dane, Zander. She and her husband are blessed to welcome their first child into the world in October. She is extremely excited to be part of Neuro Spine & Pain Center and is proud to work with such a fantastic team of medical professionals.
Anne Crouch, PA-C
Anne Crouch is a Savannah, GA native. She was born and raised in Savannah and is excited to care for the individuals in her hometown. She attended undergrad at the University of Georgia and graduated with high honors in 2006, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Honors Interdisciplinary Studies. She graduated with her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2008 from the Medical University of South Carolina. With over 12 years of experience in orthopedics, internal medicine, and pain medicine, she is able to take into account the patient as a whole.
