About Us

Pricilla J. Ross, MD and her husband, Randolph C. Bishop, MD, established Neuro Spine & Pain Center in 2014 because they saw a need to serve Savannah families with comprehensive pain management treatments. This passion for serving our community continues to guide our mission at the practice.

Since our founding, Neuro Spine & Pain Center has grown to serve patients throughout South Georgia and the Lowcountry. We now have pain management clinics in Savannah, Statesboro, and Springfield, providing high-quality care and empowering families with education and treatments to manage chronic pain.

With admitting privileges at Memorial Health, St. Joseph’s/Candler, and Effingham Hospital, you can count on us to provide the best possible pain management care for our patients.
