Here at Neuro Spine and Pain, we are pleased to offer multiple ways in which to interact and engage with your provider via your personal device. Whether you are a new or existing patient you may contact your provider via the Provider Profile button located on each corresponding provider on our “Meet The Team” page. We understand that communication is essential when it comes to your care. Therefore, we are excited to have partnered with the following vendors to accommodate additional features to improve your care.
Patients now are able to engage with our providers through our secure patient portal. Once registered with our patient portal you will have the ability to communicate with your provider, request a follow-up appointment, view and update your information on file, view a list of your current medications, as well as view and pay towards a statement. You will also have the ability to view your health records and share them with other providers during transitions in care or in emergency situations. If you have not registered for the patient portal yet, contact our office and someone will help you with the registration process.
Medical Records Request
Patients as well as other providers and attorneys acting on their patient’s behalf are now able to request their “Legal Health Record” through our release of information vendor RecordQuest. Requests may be made through their secure HIPAA compliant portal which may be accessed through the link below:
Patients, referring providers, and referral sources now have the ability to send us referrals, view the status on a referral, and communicate with our office staff through the referral process by utilizing the secure portal below.
